I really enjoy this guitar. AFter tuning it a little bit...the sound was so beautiful that I couldn't stand it!!! The only thing is that it was all the way black (no white trimming) so I don't sweat the small stuff. I have seen some reviews that pointed out the strap being too short (well mine wasn't), not enough replacement strings(received all mine) and received ONLY ONE pick ( I received all 3) Anyway, everything that it said it would come with--it did. If you have a problem with the guitar, or any missing parts; just contact the seller and they will promptly respond to your inquiry. All together, the experience with the seller was excellent and I will do business with them again.

I was very unhappy with the product. When I received the guitar it was defective from the factory and then I had to pay shipping to return it. If it had been a return that was my fault, I could understand my having to pay shipping. But to receive a guitar that is broken and then having to pay for shipping to send it back after I paid shipping to receive it is adding insult to injury.

It is a awsome deal its worth the money. Some say that there is only 3 strings but it comes with all strings and the bag is very good, the strap is the right kind, it is a one whole strap and the guitar has one peg. It is good to get for a beginer. It would be good to get a tuner.

The guitar was defective and returning this product was a pain in the *ss. Not only am I out $26 in shipping fees, took 3 weeks to receive credit for a poorly made guitar.
