Customer Reviews:
1 out of 5 stars Product was defective   April 12, 2010
MH (Virginia, USA)
Unfortunately the guitar I ordered was defective. The body didn't have a scratch and it was really beautiful. However, the setup was so messed up that the strings didn't actually produce any sound. In fact, they sounded like a bunch of elastic bands as opposed to actual strings. It went way beyond buzzing; it didn't produce any sound that resembled a guitar. I returned the product and received my money back.
I haven't given up on Luna alltogether; I have another Luna guitar which I really love to play. I appreciate the smaller size (compared to average guitars), and the sound is pretty nice. But I am a bit surprised about how this instrument even left the factory; I'd assume they have a QA process in place.
