| Customer Reviews: Wonderfully pleased! May 10, 2010 Dapper Dan (Citrus Co., FL USA) I just took delivery of a 17 year old Takamine c132s, and feel like a kid in a candy store. I couldn't be happier with the sound, the high quality original finish, and the construction quality (like new -- can't believe it was built in 1993). I agree with one of the other reviewers, there is little difference between the sound of this guitar and those brands selling new for $3,000, and no difference in the construction quality.
exceptional quality and sound April 3, 2010 T. Marcroft (Humboldt County, Calif.) I have owned this in the C series since 1978 and this guitar produces a melodic and acute sound that compares to instruments costing twice as much. After 30 years it is still the best guitar I have ever owned. Highly recommended!
Great Sound March 22, 2009 C. Lauderdale (Dallas, Tx) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
You will fall in love with this classic. Easy to play with great, great sound. Mellow and bright. Sounds better than the normal main line guitars that cost three times more. Extreme projection as a stage guitar should have but soft and low when treated that way. I could buy a guitar for up to $4,000 but never find anything i like as well.
